Since 1975 . . .
Bolero Plastics was established in 1975, and then in 1991 moved to its current 20,000 square foot facility located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Bolero has had continuous operations since its inception in 1975.
Bolero’s dedicated crew manufactures Thermoformed plastic parts with surface texturing, finish-painting, silk-screened logos and legends, EMI shielding, bonding, CNC-Machining, and Final Assembly.
Bolero ships finished goods to locations throughout the continental USA.
Why ThermoForming?
Thermoform tooling is a fraction of the cost of injection molded tooling – making them ideal for lower-quantity production runs. Larger pieces see substantially bigger savings in tooling costs.
Lead Times
Bolero Plastics offers competitive lead times of 3~6 weeks for tooling and 1st articles (depending upon complexity), and 1~6 weeks for production. Our tooling is made in-house which eliminates 3rd parties, reduces cost, and makes design-changes easy to handle!
